By placing an order with Obi Pasture Co., you agree to the terms below.

Products and availability
Our beef is a farm-produced product and availability may vary depending on livestock, processing schedules and seasonal conditions. Product images are representative and individual cuts may vary in size, shape and weight.

Bulk beef orders
Bulk beef is sold based on dressed carcass weight. Any weight ranges or total prices shown on our website are estimates only. The final price is calculated using the actual dressed weight allocated to your order at the advertised price per kilogram.

Deposits and final payment
A deposit is required to secure a bulk beef order. The deposit forms part of the total purchase price and is deducted from the final balance. The remaining balance is calculated once the actual dressed weight is known and must be paid before or at the agreed collection or delivery time.

Processing and packing
Bulk beef is professionally processed, butchered, vacuum packed and labelled. Actual quantities and weights of individual cuts will vary naturally between animals.

Orders, collection and delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information. Delivery availability, areas and timing may vary and will be communicated when applicable.

Food products
Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns cannot generally be accepted for change of mind. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess and resolve the issue. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights or remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.

Pricing
All prices are displayed in Australian dollars. We may change our prices from time to time, but this will not affect an order already confirmed at an agreed price.
